Get up early enough so that you definitely don't have to rush.

Eat larger portions!
The portion size of our recipes is an average. Are you still hungry? Then increase the portion, especially the protein content and healthy fats.
Proteins: (Greek) yogurt, Skyr, quark, Boost Mix, protein powder, nuts, peanut butter, eggs, oatmeal
Healthy fats: Peanut butter, nuts, avocado, coconut oil or olive oil, fatty fish, dark chocolate (at least 70%)
