Day 6

Good morning, champ! 🌞

We are on day 6 of the 20 Day Challenge, and it is time to start this Monday full of energy and positivity. A new week means new opportunities, and you are ready to shine!

Your morning routine: Monday

1. Movement: 15 Full body Yoga

Start your day with a wonderful 15-minute full body yoga session. This workout will help you wake up your body, release tension and balance your energy. Remember: it's not about perfection, it's about being present and enjoying the moment. Roll out your mat and let your breath guide you. 🙏

PS: the first time you do this workout it can be a bit difficult to keep your balance, tomorrow you do it again and you will see that it goes much smoother. "Practice makes perfect" - enjoy!

2. Breakfast: Vanilla & Raspberry Oatmeal

Your breakfast is ready! Did you prepare the vanilla and raspberry oatmeal yesterday? Perfect! Today you finish this delicious breakfast with the toppings for a perfect start:

  • Apple cubes for a fresh bite and extra fiber 🍎
  • Nuts for a nice crunch and more satiety 🥜
  • Optional: a tablespoon of peanut butter for extra healthy fats so you definitely won't be hungry 🥄

Take your time to eat slowly and enjoy every bite. This nutritious breakfast will give you the energy you need to get through the day.

3. Anti-Stress

Gratitude of the day

Grab your workbook and write down three things you are grateful for today. This is a great way to get your mindset positive and appreciate what you already have.

Affirmations of the day

Pause for a moment, breathe in calmly and say the following affirmations to yourself twice, either out loud or silently:

Today is a new day full of possibilities.


I am healthy and energetic.


I have confidence in myself and my abilities.

💡 These phrases will help you start your day with confidence and positivity.

Breathing exercise

Take a moment to reset your breathing and clear your mind. Follow this rhythm:

  1. Breathe in through your nose for 4 counts .
  2. Hold your breath for 3 counts .
  3. Exhale through your mouth during 4 counts .
    Repeat this 3 times. You will notice how relaxed you feel.

Priorities of the day

In your workbook, write down 1-3 things you really want to accomplish today. This could be anything from a job at work to making time for yourself.

Reflection: How are you feeling this morning?

Circle in your workbook how you feel today. By consciously dwelling on your emotions, you will gain more insight into what you need to make your day successful. Be sure to write some context so that you can read the evolution afterwards.
