Shipping policy

All orders are delivered within 3 working days in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Delivery to other countries: 3–5 working days.

Shipping costs:

Belgium & Netherlands: €4.95 – free shipping from €50
Luxembourg: €10 – free shipping from €50
France and Germany: €25 – free shipping from €99

Return Policy

Returning or exchanging products is not possible unless the product was delivered damaged or does not match the description on the website.

The customer is responsible for checking the accuracy of the order before placing it. If a mistake has been made, the customer must immediately notify the customer service of Arthur’s Breakfast Box.

Uncollected parcels

If a parcel is not collected in time at the selected pickup point and is automatically returned to us, we will receive it back from the carrier.
If you would still like to receive the parcel, we can of course resend it. In that case, we will charge the standard shipping fee of €4.95, as we have also incurred return costs from the carrier.
Once these shipping costs have been paid, we will resend the parcel and you will receive a new track & trace link.


In case of damaged or incorrectly delivered products, the customer must contact the customer service of Arthur’s Breakfast Box within 48 hours after delivery via hello@arthurandsisters.be.

Arthur’s Breakfast Box reserves the right to refuse a returned product if it does not meet the conditions for return or exchange.

In case of an approved return, the customer will receive a refund within 14 days after the returned product has been received.

Arthur’s Breakfast Box is not responsible for loss or damage to products during transport. The customer must contact the carrier in case of loss or damage during shipping.

Arthur’s Breakfast Box reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to the customer.
