Terms and Conditions

1. General
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all subscriptions purchased through our webshop for products from Arthur's Breakfast Box.
1.2 By subscribing, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Subscriptions
2.1 Customers can pause, modify, or cancel a subscription anytime through their account.
2.2 Customers are notified 7 days before the next delivery, allowing them to modify their subscription, skip the next delivery, or pause or cancel the subscription.
2.3 By subscribing, the customer agrees to automatic payments according to their chosen frequency (monthly, every 2 months, every 3 months) for the subscription amount.

3. Payments
3.1 If paying with Bancontact, the first order will be processed via Bancontact, and subsequent renewals via SEPA.
3.2 SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) is a European Union payment integration initiative for standardized bank transfers within the Eurozone.
3.3 Orders are processed immediately upon payment initiation, ensuring timely delivery.
3.4 If payment is not received after delivery, payment will be automatically reattempted three times.
3.5 If payment is not received after three failed attempts, the subscriber will receive a reminder email with details and the subscription will be automatically paused.
3.6 After five days of non-payment, an additional €15 charge will be added to the outstanding balance.
3.7 Following the final reminder with additional charges, the case will be forwarded to a credit institution for debt collection.
3.8 Chargebacks are not accepted and will be charged back to the customer.

4. Complaints
4.1 If the customer has a complaint about a product, it must be reported within 8 days via hello@arthurandsisters.be.
4.2 Complaints submitted after 8 days will not be accepted, considering the nature of food products and their storage conditions. After 8 days, we no longer have control or visibility over the product.

5. Changes and Termination of Subscription
5.1 Customers can pause, modify, or terminate the subscription anytime through their account.
5.2 All changes, pauses, or terminations must be made before the 7-day notification period prior to the next delivery to be effective for the upcoming delivery.

7. Final Provisions
7.1 Arthur's Breakfast Box reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The amended terms will be effective from the date they are published on the website.
7.2 Belgian law applies to these Terms and Conditions. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Ghent.

By agreeing to these terms, the customer confirms that they have fully read and understood them.
