Day 13

Good morning, perseverer! 🌟

It's day 13 of the Get Fit Challenge, and you're already halfway through week 3. What an amazing achievement! Today we're focusing on energy, gratitude, and enjoying the little moments. With an energetic yoga flow and a delicious kickstart bowl, you'll be ready to start this day strong.

Your morning routine: Wednesday

1. Movement: 20 Minutes Energetic Yoga Flow

Today we're going for a 20 minute full body pilates workout. This session combines strength, flexibility and balance to strengthen your entire body and increase your energy.

2. Breakfast: Kickstart Bowl

A delicious, tropical start to your day! The Kickstart Bowl is a perfect mix of creaminess, crunch and freshness, and is packed with nutrients to keep you energized.

💡 Don't have passion fruit or mango at home? This bowl is delicious with any type of fruit! Top with banana and raspberries or apple and blueberries and a large teaspoon of peanut butter.

3. Anti-Stress

Gratitude of the day

Grab your workbook and write down three things you are grateful for today. This is a great way to get your mindset positive and appreciate what you already have.

Affirmations of the day

Boost your confidence and positivity with these affirmations:

  • I am successful in what I do.
  • I am grateful for the people in my life.
  • I enjoy every moment of the day.

💡 These phrases will help you start your day with confidence and positivity.

Breathing exercise

Take a moment to reset your breathing and clear your mind. Follow this rhythm:

  1. Breathe in through your nose during 4 counts .
  2. Hold your breath for 4 counts .
  3. Exhale through your mouth during 5 counts .
    Repeat this 3 times. You will notice how relaxed you feel.

Priorities of the day

In your workbook, write down 1-3 things you really want to accomplish today. This could be anything from a job at work to making time for yourself.

Tip of the day: Find time for yourself

It’s important to schedule moments of quiet and self-care, especially if you’re having a busy day. Take 10-15 minutes for yourself today, whether that’s to meditate, read a book, or just sit quietly with a cup of tea. These small moments can make a big difference.

Reflection: How are you feeling this morning?

Circle in your workbook how you feel today. By consciously dwelling on your emotions, you will gain more insight into what you need to make your day successful. Be sure to write some context so that you can read the evolution afterwards.


You are doing great, and every day you are making steps towards your goals. Keep going, stay positive, and have a fantastic day. You have this completely under control!
