Preparation

  1. Make the raspberry jam: Place the (frozen) raspberries in a jar and briefly defrost them in the microwave. Add the Boost Mix and let it thicken for a few minutes.
  2. Mix the base: In a bowl, combine the oats with the yogurt, vanilla, and plant-based milk. Pour this mixture over the raspberry jam.
  3. Finish with toppings: Add extra raspberries and/or blueberries and a tablespoon of nut butter of your choice.
  4. Let it rest: Cover the jar and refrigerate overnight. Your overnight oatmeal will be ready to enjoy the next morning!

Bereiding overnight oats vanille & framboos

  1. Maak de frambozenjam: ontdooi de bevroren frambozen kort in de magnetron of prak de verse frambozen. Voeg de Boost Mix toe en laat enkele minuten indikken.
  2. Meng de basis: meng de havermout, yoghurt en plantaardige melk.
  3. Stapelen: schep de frambozenjam in een kommetje. Giet de havermoutpap hier bovenop.
