🥣 Ingredients (for 1 serving)

  • 1 bag of Vanilla Collagen oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp Boost mix
  • 120 ml vegetable milk
  • ⅓ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips (dark or milk, whatever you like)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • (optional) pinch of sea salt

🕕 Preparation

  1. Make the base: Combine the oats, Boost mix, and plant-based milk in a bowl. Refrigerate overnight to firm up.
  2. Raspberry jam: Mash the raspberries with a fork until they resemble jam. You can add a little Boost Mix if you prefer a thicker chia jam.
  3. Layering: Spoon the overnight oats into a glass. Add the raspberry jam, followed by a layer of peanut butter.
  4. Make the chocolate layer: Melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil in the microwave. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and refrigerate or freeze for 10 minutes until the chocolate has hardened.
  5. Finishing: Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt, if desired. Tap the crispy layer with your spoon and enjoy!

💛 Tip from us

Make a batch at once! Overnight oats keep for up to 3 days in the fridge, so you'll have a ready supply of healthy breakfasts. Perfect for busy mornings, or when you simply need a little extra self-care in a jar .
