Tuesday

Day 2

Good morning and welcome to Day 2 of the Get Fit Challenge ! 🎉

Yesterday you took the first step, and today we’ll build on that. Repeating your morning routine will make you stronger, more energetic, and more focused. Keep at it, because this is how habits are formed!

Your morning routine: Tuesday

1. Movement: 10 Minute Stretch

Today we repeat yesterday's stretching session. This way you can perform the movements even better and feel how your body is already getting stronger and more flexible. Click below to join!

2. Breakfast: Overnight Apple Oatmeal with Blueberries

We keep it simple and delicious! Take your overnight oats out of the fridge and top with a handful of blueberries and a tablespoon of peanut butter.

💡 This recipe is part of the recipe bundle and you already prepared it on Sunday.

3. Anti-Stress

Gratitude

Grab your workbook and write down three things you are grateful for. Think of the little things: a good conversation, a hot shower, or how you feel after a workout.

Affirmations of the day

Pause for a moment and say these affirmations out loud twice:

I am grateful for everything I have.

I am healthy and energetic.

I radiate positivity.

💡 Let these sentences give you strength and confidence for the rest of the day.

Breathing exercise

Just like yesterday: inhale, hold, exhale. Repeat this five times to calm your body and mind:

  1. Breathe in through your nose for 3 counts .
  2. Hold your breath for 3 counts .
  3. Exhale through your mouth for 4 counts .

Priorities of the day

In your workbook, write down 1-3 things you want to accomplish today. Be specific and realistic – this will help you stay focused.

Were you able to finish these from yesterday? If so, great! If not, today is the day to finish them. Remember: make them achievable and very specific. Don't write "finish work" but write down 1 specific task of that work that you definitely want to finish today e.g. "prepare meeting with client X". Same with family to do's, not "quality time with family" but e.g. "be present during dinner without cell phone or distractions"

Reflection: How are you feeling today?

Write down in your workbook how you feel this morning. This little moment of self-reflection can teach you a lot about how to improve your day.

💪 Day 2 is complete! Awesome that you’re keeping at it. Tomorrow we’ll take another step in your journey. Stay true to yourself and your routine – you’re doing great!

See you tomorrow for Day 3! 🚀
