Good morning, morning bird!

It’s here: the final week of the Get Fit Challenge! You’ve spent three weeks building a strong morning routine, and now it’s time to finish this journey with strength and confidence. This week is all about persevering, enjoying your progress, and crossing the finish line. Let’s take on this final leg together!

Your morning routine: Monday

1. Movement: 30 Minutes Stretchy Flow

Start the week with a wonderful 30-minute stretchy flow. This workout helps to gently wake up your body, lengthens your muscles and gives you the energy you need to start this last week with confidence.

    2. Breakfast: Overnight Chocolate Oatmeal

    Mondays call for a breakfast you can look forward to, and this overnight chocolate oatmeal is just that! This recipe is packed with flavor, nutrients, and energy to start your day off right.

    Tip: Did you already meal prep on Sunday? Perfect! Add some milk and stir well before reheating or serving cold (both work).

    Finish with:

    • Strawberries (when in season)
    • Or choose alternatives such as blueberries, kiwi or banana
    • tablespoon of peanut butter or a handful of nuts
    • cocoa nibs
    • optional: grated coconut

    3. Anti-Stress

    Gratitude of the day

    Grab your workbook and write down three things you are grateful for today. This is a great way to get your mindset positive and appreciate what you already have.

    Affirmations of the day

    End your morning routine with affirmations that will give you strength and positivity:

    • I am strong.
    • I believe in myself.
    • I am able to find happiness in everything I do today.

        💡 These phrases will help you start your day with confidence and positivity.

        Breathing exercise

        Take a moment to reset your breathing and clear your mind. Follow this rhythm:

        1. Breathe in through your nose during 5 counts .
        2. Hold your breath for 4 counts .
        3. Exhale through your mouth during 5 counts .
          Repeat this 3 times. You will notice how relaxed you feel.

        Priorities of the day

        In your workbook, write down 1-3 things you really want to accomplish today. This could be anything from a job at work to making time for yourself.

        Reflection: How are you feeling this morning?

        Circle in your workbook how you feel today. By consciously dwelling on your emotions, you will gain more insight into what you need to make your day successful. Be sure to write some context so that you can read the evolution afterwards.


        You've come this far and you've shown that you can change habits and become stronger. Keep pushing through this week, you can do this!
