Step by step stronger and more positive!

Good morning, perseverer! 🌟

We’re on day 7 of the 20 Day Challenge, and you’re really starting to get into the swing of things. It feels good to build routines, right? Today, we’re keeping it simple, familiar, and most importantly, powerful. Let’s make it an awesome Tuesday together!

Your morning routine: Tuesday

1. Movement: 15 Full body Yoga

We’re repeating yesterday’s yoga workout, but today you might notice that things are a little smoother. Your balance is better, your posture is stronger, and you feel more connected to your breath. That’s the power of repetition! Keep challenging yourself and enjoy these 15 minutes of pure self-care. 🧘‍♀️

2. Breakfast: Vanilla & Raspberry Oatmeal

Your breakfast remains a favorite! Just like yesterday, finish your vanilla and raspberry oatmeal with:

  • Apple cubes for that fresh bite 🍏
  • Nuts for the delicious crunch 🥜
  • Extra: a tablespoon of peanut butter for a boost of flavor and energy 🥄

This nutritious breakfast will give you a flying start and keep you energized throughout the day. Take your time and enjoy it, because you deserve it!

3. Anti-Stress

Gratitude of the day

Grab your workbook and write down three things you are grateful for today. This is a great way to get your mindset positive and appreciate what you already have.

Affirmations of the day

Today we focus on gratitude and positivity. Say these affirmations out loud, write them down, or keep them in mind:

  • I am grateful for everything I have.
  • I am healthy and energetic.
  • I radiate positivity.

Gratitude is a powerful tool. It helps you see the good things in your life and gives you a boost to attract more good things.

Breathing exercise

Take a moment to reset your breathing and clear your mind. Follow this rhythm:

  1. Breathe in through your nose for 4 counts .
  2. Hold your breath for 3 counts .
  3. Exhale through your mouth during 4 counts .
    Repeat this 3 times. You will notice how relaxed you feel.

Priorities of the day

In your workbook, write down 1-3 things you really want to accomplish today. This could be anything from a job at work to making time for yourself.

Reflection: How are you feeling this morning?

Circle in your workbook how you feel today. By consciously dwelling on your emotions, you will gain more insight into what you need to make your day successful. Be sure to write some context so that you can read the evolution afterwards.


Small steps lead to big results, and you are on the right path. Keep going, stay positive, and remember that we are here to support you. 💪
