Tuesday

Day 12

Good morning, champion! 🌟

Week 3 is a crucial point in the Get Fit Challenge. The third week is the most important for establishing new habits and sticking to them. It takes time to create routines, and you are already well on your way. Keep at it – your future self will thank you! Let’s use this Tuesday together to move forward and be the best you can be.

Your morning routine: Tuesday

1. Exercise: 20 Minutes Full Body Pilates

Today we're going for a 20 minute full body pilates workout. This session combines strength, flexibility and balance to strengthen your entire body and increase your energy.

2. Breakfast: Banana Oatmeal with Nuts & Caramel

Start your day afresh with the delicious banana oatmeal with Nuts & Caramel. This breakfast is not only nutritious, but also perfect to start your day full of energy.

Preparation tip:

  • If you made this on Sunday: Add a splash of oat or almond milk and stir the oats well to loosen them up again. Heat it up in the microwave (1.5 minutes) or eat it cold, whatever you prefer.
  • Toppings: Chop the nuts from the Nuts & Caramel and sprinkle them over your oatmeal. Finish with a tablespoon of peanut butter and optionally a teaspoon of sweetener.

💡 You will find this recipe in the recipe bundle you received.

3. Anti-Stress

Gratitude of the day

Grab your workbook and write down three things you are grateful for today. This is a great way to get your mindset positive and appreciate what you already have.

Affirmations of the day

Boost your confidence and positivity with these affirmations:

  • I attract positive experiences.
  • I am surrounded by love and positivity.
  • Today I will allow myself to grow and learn.

💡 These phrases will help you start your day with confidence and positivity.

Breathing exercise

Take a moment to reset your breathing and clear your mind. Follow this rhythm:

  1. Breathe in through your nose during 4 counts .
  2. Hold your breath for 4 counts .
  3. Exhale through your mouth during 5 counts .
Repeat this 3 times. You will notice how relaxed you feel.

Priorities of the day

In your workbook, write down 1-3 things you really want to accomplish today. This could be anything from a job at work to making time for yourself.

Reflection: How are you feeling this morning?

Circle in your workbook how you feel today. By consciously dwelling on your emotions, you will gain more insight into what you need to make your day successful. Be sure to write some context so that you can read the evolution afterwards.

You have come so far and every day you take another step in the right direction. Today is a new chance to shine. Have a fantastic day and don't forget to appreciate yourself for how well you are doing.

See you tomorrow!
