Friday

Day 15

Good morning, perseverer! 💛

It’s Friday, and with that we’re not only closing out week 3, but also taking a step closer to achieving your goals. You’re doing great and should be incredibly proud of yourself. Today we’re going for strength and positivity, with a workout of your choice and a breakfast that will make your day extra festive. Let’s make this week a great end!

Your morning routine: Friday

1. Exercise: 20 Minutes of Pilates

Props: weights

2. Breakfast: Breakfast Banana Split

Presenting your breakfast beautifully makes this morning feel like a party. Enjoy every bite and celebrate how far you've come! 🍌

You can finish the banana split with any topping you like. In the challenge we use Granopops for this recipe but - as the picture shows - you can of course also make this with granola or muesli.

💡 You will find this recipe in the recipe bundle you received.

3. Anti-Stress

Gratitude of the day

Grab your workbook and write down three things you are grateful for today. This is a great way to get your mindset positive and appreciate what you already have.

Affirmations of the day

Close out week 3 with these powerful affirmations:

  • I am successful in what I do.
  • Today I will allow myself to grow.
  • I attract positive people.

💡 These phrases will help you start your day with confidence and positivity.

    Breathing exercise

Take a moment to reset your breathing and clear your mind. Follow this rhythm:

    1. Breathe in through your nose during 4 counts .
    2. Hold your breath for 4 counts .
    3. Exhale through your mouth during 5 counts .
Repeat this 3 times. You will notice how relaxed you feel.

    Priorities of the day

In your workbook, write down 1-3 things you really want to accomplish today. This could be anything from a job at work to making time for yourself.

Reflection: How are you feeling this morning?

Circle in your workbook how you feel today. By consciously dwelling on your emotions, you will gain more insight into what you need to make your day successful. Be sure to write some context so that you can read the evolution afterwards.

Tip of the day: Celebrate your progress

You’ve now completed three weeks of the Get Fit Challenge – that’s a huge achievement! Take some time this weekend to reward yourself. Choose something that makes you happy, like a relaxing bath, a good book, or a delicious treat. Give yourself that moment of peace and satisfaction, because you deserve it.

Enjoy your weekend, be proud of all you have accomplished, and come back on Monday for the last week of this wonderful journey. We believe in you, and you are ready to successfully complete this challenge.

    See you Monday!
