You can top the banana split with any topping you like. In the challenge, we're using Granopops for this recipe, but as the photo shows, you can also make this with granola or muesli.

Grab your workbook and write down three things you're grateful for today. This is a great way to shift your mindset to a positive one and appreciate what you already have.
Affirmations of the day
Close week 3 with these powerful affirmations:

Breathing exercise
Take a moment to reset your breathing and clear your mind. Follow this rhythm:
- Breathe in through your nose during 4 counts .
- Hold your breath for 4 counts .
- Exhale through your mouth during 5 counts .
Repeat this three times. You'll notice how relaxed you feel.
Priorities of the day
In your workbook, write down 1 to 3 things you really want to accomplish today. This could be anything from a job at work to making time for yourself.
Reflection: How are you feeling this morning?
Circle in your workbook how you're feeling today. By consciously reflecting on your emotions, you'll gain more insight into what you need to make your day successful. Be sure to include some context so you can read about the evolution later.
Tip of the day: Celebrate your progress
You've now completed three weeks of the Get Fit Challenge—that's a huge achievement! Take some time this weekend to reward yourself. Choose something that makes you happy, like a relaxing bath, a good book, or a delicious treat. Give yourself that moment of peace and satisfaction, because you deserve it.
