Congratulations! You have taken the first step in your 4-week journey to a stronger, more energetic version of yourself. We are so proud of you for getting up on time today and getting started! The first step is always the hardest so bravo 👏

This month is all about small, consistent steps that make a big difference. Today is the time to set the tone for a great start!

Your morning routine: Tuesday

1. Exercise: 25 Minutes Lower Body Pilates

Today we're going to tackle the lower body with a powerful 25 minute lower body pilates workout. This session will strengthen your legs and glutes, let's go!

Props: booty band lightest version

2. Breakfast: Chocolate Oatmeal

Today we start again with the delicious chocolate oatmeal that you have prepared. This nutritious breakfast gives you energy and a touch of chocolate pleasure to start the morning off right.

Tip for toppings:

  • Strawberries when they are in season.
  • Or choose blueberries, kiwi or banana slices.
  • Add a tablespoon of peanut butter for healthy fats and longer satiety

3. Anti-Stress

Gratitude of the day

Grab your workbook and write down three things you are grateful for today. This is a great way to get your mindset positive and appreciate what you already have.

Affirmations of the day

Take a moment to pause, breathe in calmly and say the following affirmations to yourself twice, either out loud or silently:

  • I attract positive experiences.
  • I am surrounded by love and positivity.
  • Today I will allow myself to grow and learn.

  • 💡 These phrases will help you start your day with confidence and positivity.

    Breathing exercise

    Take a moment to reset your breathing and clear your mind. Follow this rhythm:

    1. Breathe in through your nose during 5 counts .
    2. Hold your breath for 4 counts .
    3. Exhale through your mouth during 5 counts .
      Repeat this 3 times. You will notice how relaxed you feel.

    Priorities of the day

    In your workbook, write down 1-3 things you really want to accomplish today. This could be anything from a job at work to making time for yourself.

    Reflection: How are you feeling this morning?

    Circle in your workbook how you feel today. By consciously dwelling on your emotions, you will gain more insight into what you need to make your day successful. Be sure to write some context so that you can read the evolution afterwards.


    💪 Day 17 is done! You have everything you need to start your day strong and purposeful. Stay motivated and remember: every small step brings you closer to your goal.
