1. Movement: 10 Minute Stretch
Repeat the stretching routine from Wednesday. The more you do these exercises, the better you will be at performing them and the more flexible you will feel. Take your time, focus on your breathing and feel your body getting stronger. Click below to join in!
2. Breakfast: Raspberry Yogurt with Sweet Honey Granola
Today we have a colorful and nutritious breakfast on the menu! Get your raspberry yogurt out of the fridge and finish it off with:
- Sweet Honey Granola for a delicious crunch.
- Half a banana, sliced
- A handful of blueberries
💡 Tip: Add a dash of honey or some grated coconut for extra flavour.
3. Anti-Stress
Gratitude
Grab your workbook and write down three things you are grateful for today. By focusing on the positive, you create an optimistic mindset that will enrich your day.
Affirmations of the day
Pause for a moment, breathe deeply, and say the following affirmations out loud twice:
I accept myself as I am.
I am able to take on any challenge today.
Today is a new day full of possibilities.
💡 Repeat these affirmations with conviction and feel how they strengthen your self-confidence and positivity.
Breathing exercise
Use the same breathing technique to find calm and focus (now we also extend the pause):
- Breathe in through your nose for 4 counts .
- Hold your breath for 4 counts .
- Exhale through your mouth for 4 counts .
Repeat this 5 times and feel calm and energetic.
Priorities of the day
In your workbook, write down the 1-3 most important things you want to accomplish today. This will help you make your day productive and will give you satisfaction when you check them off.
Reflection: How are you feeling today?
Take note of how you feel this morning. By consciously paying attention to your emotions, you can better tune into what you need to have a good day.
