Delicious Oatmeal Pancakes

Weekend Vibes with Delicious Oatmeal Pancakes 🥞✨

There is nothing better than a quiet (extended) weekend where you really take the time for a nice breakfast or an extensive brunch. And what fits better with that than these soft, nutritious and super easy oatmeal pancakes ? 😍

They are made with pure ingredients, ready in no time and delicious to combine with your favorite toppings. Think fresh fruit, a spoonful of nut butter and some caramel almonds to finish it off! 🎉

Ingredients

(for 4-5 small pancakes):

🍌 ½ ripe banana
🥚 1 egg
🥛 3 tablespoons milk (vegetable or regular)
🥣 1 bag of oatmeal 40g (vanilla collagen or natural)
🧁 ½ teaspoon baking powder

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.

  2. Heat a greased pan on medium heat and bake 6-8 small pancakes. Only turn them over when the top becomes a bit dry.

  3. Serve warm with your favorite toppings like fresh fruit, nut butter, and Nuts & Caramel! 🍓🥜✨

Perfect to share with your family, your loved one, or just enjoy it all for yourself 😋
Tip: Make a big batch and keep some in the fridge – still delicious the next day!
