Scrambled Apple Oatmeal

Ingredients
✔ 1 ripe banana (or 100g apple mousseline)
✔ 1 egg
✔ 1 tbsp (Greek) yogurt
✔ 2 bags of apple oatmeal (80g)
✔ 1 tsp cinnamon
✔ pinch of salt
✔ 1-2 extra tbsp (Greek) yogurt
✔ handful of blueberries
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat (or add a little oil to the pan).

Pour the mixture into the pan and cook for 5 minutes.

Then stir as you would scramble eggs until the mixture has a fluffy texture.

Serve the scrambled apple oatmeal with Greek yogurt, blueberries and some extra cinnamon on top.
