Congratulations! You have taken the first step in your 4-week journey to a stronger, more energetic version of yourself. We are so proud of you for getting up on time today and getting started! The first step is always the hardest so bravo 👏

This month is all about small, consistent steps that make a big difference. Today is the time to set the tone for a great start!

Your morning routine: Monday

1. Movement: 10 Minute Stretch

Start your morning with a wonderful 10 minute stretching session. Feel your muscles wake up and your body prepare for an energetic day. Click below to watch the video and join in!

2. Breakfast: Overnight Apple Oatmeal with Kiwi

Luckily, you don't have to stand in the kitchen this morning! Take your delicious overnight apple oatmeal with kiwi out of the fridge, finish with a tablespoon of peanut butter and enjoy a nutritious start.

3. Anti-Stress

Gratitude of the day

Grab your workbook and write down three things you are grateful for today. This is a great way to get your mindset positive and appreciate what you already have.

Affirmations of the day

Pause for a moment, breathe in calmly and say the following affirmations to yourself twice, either out loud or silently:

Today is a new day full of possibilities.

I am healthy and energetic.

I have confidence in myself and my abilities.

💡 These phrases will help you start your day with confidence and positivity.

Breathing exercise

Take a moment to reset your breathing and clear your mind. Follow this rhythm:

  1. Breathe in through your nose during 3 counts .
  2. Hold your breath for 3 counts .
  3. Exhale through your mouth during 4 counts .
    Repeat this 3 times. You will notice how relaxed you feel.

Priorities of the day

In your workbook, write down 1-3 things you really want to accomplish today. This could be anything from a job at work to making time for yourself.

Reflection: How are you feeling this morning?

Circle in your workbook how you feel today. By consciously dwelling on your emotions, you will gain more insight into what you need to make your day successful. Be sure to write some context so that you can read the evolution afterwards.


💪 Day 1 is done! You have everything you need to start your day strong and purposeful. Stay motivated and remember: every small step brings you closer to your goal.
