Yogurt Bowl with red fruit and granola

A good morning starts with a delicious and nutritious breakfast. Today I share a delicious recipe that is not only quick and easy to make, but also packed with flavor and healthy ingredients. This recipe combines creamy Greek yogurt, a colorful mix of red fruits, creamy peanut butter and the crunchy sweetness of Granola Sweet Honey. Perfect for an energetic start to the day!

Ingredients:
- 150g Greek or full-fat yoghurt
- 125g red fruit (a mixture of strawberries, raspberries, currants and/or cherries)
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 bag (40g) Granola Sweet Honey


Preparation:
1. Start by filling a bowl with 150 grams of creamy Greek yogurt. This yogurt is not only rich in protein, but also has a delicious, thick texture and ensures longer satiety.

2. Add 125 grams of red fruit to the yoghurt. The mix of strawberries, raspberries, berries and cherries provides a delicious sweet and sour taste and a nice colour variation in your breakfast. In addition, these fruits are rich in antioxidants and vitamins.

3. Add a tablespoon of peanut butter on top of the fruit. Peanut butter adds a creamy, nutty flavor and an extra dose of healthy fats and protein, making this breakfast even more nutritious.

4. Finally, sprinkle a bag (30 grams) of Granola Sweet Honey over the bowl. This granola is lightly sweetened with honey, which gives a nice balance to the flavors, and provides a delicious crunch.
