Want to enjoy the taste of a Snickers, but in a healthier way? This Yogurt Snickers Bowl combines the creamy texture of Greek yogurt with the rich flavors of chocolate, peanut butter, and crunchy nuts. It’s a perfect snack or breakfast that takes just minutes to make and is packed with protein, healthy fats, and nutrients. Here’s the recipe and some of the benefits of this delicious treat:
Ingredients
- 150g-200g Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 1 bag of Chocolate Granopops
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (or butter)
- 1 tablespoon chopped peanuts
Preparation
- Mix the Greek yogurt with peanut butter and vanilla protein powder.
- Spoon the yoghurt mixture into a bowl and smooth the top. Then spread the Chocolate Granopops evenly over the mixture.
- Melt the chocolate chips together with the coconut oil in the microwave.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the yoghurt and Granopops.
- Sprinkle the chopped peanuts on top and place the bowl in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes (or overnight), until the chocolate has hardened.
This bowl offers the best of both worlds: the delicious taste of a dessert, but with a healthy and nutritious character.
