Advantages
1. Time Saving
Preparing overnight muesli only takes a few minutes in the evening. In the morning, you just have to take the jar out of the fridge and your breakfast is ready. This is especially handy for people with a busy schedule who don't have time to make an extensive breakfast in the morning.
2. Healthy and Nutritious
Overnight granola can be made with a variety of healthy ingredients such as yogurt, milk, extra nuts, seeds, and seasonal fruits. These ingredients provide a good balance of carbohydrates, protein, and healthy fats, making for a nutritious and filling breakfast.
3. Easily Digestible
Soaking oats in milk or yogurt helps break down phytic acid, which improves the digestibility of breakfast. This can be especially beneficial for those with sensitive stomachs or digestive issues.
4. Variation with Toppings
A great advantage of overnight muesli is the endless possibilities to vary with toppings, so you always have a new breakfast.
