Baked Oatmeal: High Protein and Delicious!
How do you add protein to your oatmeal? There are many ways! Two of our favorites are Greek yogurt and peanut butter. 🥜 And yes, you can make this recipe with your favorite fruit, fresh or frozen! 🍓
Ingredients
for 4-6 servings:

2 mashed bananas (approx. 200g) 🍌

2 cups (vegetable) milk 🥛

3 tbsp Greek yogurt

1 pear or seasonal fruit of your choice (blueberries, banana, strawberries, ...)
- handful of (white) chocolate drops (optional)
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Mash the bananas in a medium sized baking dish and add the oats, boost mix, milk, yogurt and peanut butter. Stir well.
- Slice the pear and arrange on the oatmeal. Finish with the chocolate drops.

Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.

Let cool for 5 minutes before enjoying. 😋
