Baked Oatmeal: High Protein and Delicious!

How do you add protein to your oatmeal? There are many ways! Two of our favorites are Greek yogurt and peanut butter. 🥜 And yes, you can make this recipe with your favorite fruit, fresh or frozen! 🍓

Ingredients

for 4-6 servings:

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. Mash the bananas in a medium sized baking dish and add the oats, boost mix, milk, yogurt and peanut butter. Stir well.

  3. Slice the pear and arrange on the oatmeal. Finish with the chocolate drops.

  4. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.

  5. Let cool for 5 minutes before enjoying. 😋
