- 1 teaspoon sea salt
For the healthy chia jam
- 125 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tablespoon Boost Mix
- Optional: 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey

Homemade chia jam: how to make healthy jam
- Heat the raspberries in a saucepan over medium heat until soft and bubbling.
- Add the Boost Mix and sweetener, stir and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Pour into a jar and let it cool for 5 minutes, then let it thicken further in the refrigerator.
Tip: Prefer a smooth texture? Puree the chia jam with an immersion blender. This recipe is also delicious on a bowl of warm oatmeal!
