High Protein Vanilla Overnight Oats

- 3 bags oatmeal vanilla collagen (40 g each)
- 3 tablespoons high-fiber Boost Mix
- 3 large tablespoons Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt/Skyr)
- 1.5 cups (vegetable) milk of your choice

- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- Handful of blueberries
- Handful of raspberries
- 1 kiwi, diced

Preparation: Take three glass jars and put in each jar 1 sachet of oatmeal vanilla collagen, 1 tablespoon of Boost Mix, 1 large tablespoon of yogurt and 1/2 cup of (vegetable) milk.

Mix and thicken: Stir the ingredients in each jar until well combined. Let them sit for a moment so they can thicken a bit.

Finishing: Top each jar with a tablespoon of peanut butter and divide the blueberries, raspberries and kiwi cubes evenly over the 3 jars.
