Cocoa Chia Pudding

Chia seeds are a true superfood and when combined with raw cacao they create a nutritious and delicious breakfast. This cacao chia pudding recipe is not only easy to make but also perfect for meal prepping. 🌿🍫

Ingredients

(for 2 portions)

  • ¼ cup Boost Mix
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon natural vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons raw cacao powder
  • 1 cup milk of your choice

Preparation

  1. Add the Boost Mix, maple syrup, vanilla and milk to a jar with a lid. Mix well.
  2. Place the lid on the container and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Serve a portion (2-3 heaped tablespoons) of chia pudding with fruit, yogurt and granola.
