Banana Bread Oatmeal

There’s nothing better than a delicious breakfast that’s not only tasty but also packed with nutrients. Today we’re sharing a great recipe that will give your morning routine a boost: Banana Bread Oatmeal. This breakfast combines the rich flavors of chocolate and banana with the benefits of chia seeds and collagen oatmeal, perfect for an energetic start to your day!
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 bag Vanilla Collagen Oatmeal (40g)
- 1 teaspoon Boost Mix (or chia seeds)
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup (125ml) warm milk (vegetable or cow's milk)
For the topping:
- 30g dark chocolate
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 bag of Granopops (15g)
Preparation:
- Cut the banana in half. Add one half to a bowl, mash it and mix with oats, boost mix, cinnamon and warm milk. Set aside for 15 minutes to soak.
- Chop the chocolate into small pieces and melt it (in the microwave or over a pan of boiling water) together with 3 tablespoons of milk.
- Slice the remaining half of the banana. Top the oatmeal with the sliced banana and drizzle the peanut butter over it
- Pour the chocolate sauce over it and leave in the fridge overnight (or until the chocolate layer is hard), finish with the granopops just before serving.
