Tiramisu Chia Pudding
What if I told you that you can have tiramisu for breakfast? And in a healthy way too! 😍 This Tiramisu Chia Pudding is all the rage on social media, and rightly so. It tastes deliciously creamy, has that familiar coffee-cocoa aroma and is packed with nutritious ingredients. Bonus: it's super easy to make! 🙌
Ingredients (1 serving)
- 3 tablespoons Boost Mix
- 150g Greek yoghurt + 1 large tablespoon for finishing
- 1 shot espresso (60ml) ☕
- 2-3 teaspoons maple syrup 🍁
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder 🍫
Preparation
- Take a jar with a lid and add the Boost Mix, 150g Greek yoghurt, espresso and 2 teaspoons of maple syrup .
Stir well until everything is mixed. - Place the jar in the refrigerator overnight to thicken.
- The next morning: finish with a layer of yoghurt, a pinch of cocoa powder (tip: use a sieve for a nice distribution) and possibly an extra teaspoon of maple syrup.
