Roze smoothie bowl met rood fruit
Ingredients (for 1 serving):
- 2 frozen (medium) bananas
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- ½ small cooked beetroot
- Dash of coconut or almond milk
- 1 bag Low Carb Granola Chocolate (40g)
- 1 teaspoon of coconut flakes
- handful of red fruit of your choice (here we use strawberries and raspberries)
- a few mint leaves

Blend away! Start by blending the frozen bananas, frozen raspberries, and cooked beetroot together with a splash of coconut or almond milk. Try to use as little liquid as possible to achieve a thick, creamy ice cream consistency. Use a food processor with the S-blade attachment to push the fruit towards the blades for best results. You can also use a food processor with the S-blade attachment.

Top it off Once you have a smooth and creamy mixture, put it in a bowl. Top it off with the Low Carb granola, coconut flakes, red fruits and a few mint leaves. Enjoy your colorful creation immediately!
