Matcha Yogurt Bowl
This colorful and healthy breakfast is a great way to start your day feeling refreshed and energetic.
Ingredients (for 1 serving):
- 150g full-fat (vegetable) yoghurt
- ½ teaspoon matcha powder (feel free to leave it out if you don't have it)
- 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Handful of strawberries, halved
- Handful of cherries, pitted and halved
- 1 kiwi, peeled and diced
- 1 small peach, pitted and sliced
- 1 bag of Granola Sweet Honey (30g) or Granola Dates & Almonds (30g) as a vegan alternative
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Preparation:

Start by mixing the yogurt with the matcha powder. If you like it a little extra sweet, you can also add some honey or maple syrup. Matcha not only gives the yogurt a beautiful green color, but also a subtle, unique flavor that goes perfectly with the fruit. Plus, matcha has a lot of health benefits!

Then arrange the strawberries, cherries, kiwi and peach nicely around the matcha yoghurt. Sprinkle the granola over it.
- You can also make this recipe a day in advance. Prepare it in a Tupperware jar and store it in the fridge. Take the bag of granola separately.
