Vanilla & Raspberry Oatmeal

Ingredients
for 1 portion
- ¼ cup fresh (or thawed) raspberries + handful extra for topping
- 2 tablespoons full-fat (vegetable) yoghurt + 1 tablespoon extra for the topping
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey
- 1 bag of vanilla collagen oatmeal (40g)
- ⅓ cup (vegetable) milk of your choice
- 1 bag Nuts & Fruits - Goji (25g)
- 1/2 apple, diced (optional)
Preparation
- 
Mash it up! Start by mashing ¼ cup raspberries with a fork. This will create a delicious, fruity base for your oats 
- 
Mix and Stir Add the mashed raspberries, yogurt, maple syrup/honey, vanilla oats, and milk to a pot. Stir well until well combined. 
- 
Overnight magic Close the jar with a lid and put it in the fridge overnight (or at least 2 hours). This gives the oats time to absorb all the flavors and become nice and creamy. 
- 
Top it off When you're ready to eat, give it a stir and top with some extra yogurt, Goji Berry Nuts, apple chunks and raspberries.
