High Protein Chia Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
- 300 g silken tofu
- 4 tablespoons Boost Mix
- Pinch of sea salt
- 2 to 4 dates (depending on how sweet you want it)
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2-3 tablespoons black coffee for tiramisu flavor or replace with vegetable milk
Topping
- Fresh fruit of your choice: blueberries, mango, banana, apple or pear
- Extra cocoa powder
- 1 bag of Nuts & Goji berries (25g)
Preparation
- Place all ingredients (except toppings) in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl or jar and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight.
- Finish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder, a bag of Nuts & Goji berries, fresh fruit and optionally some peanut butter
