Chia Pudding with Chocolate Granola

Chia seeds are packed with protein, calcium, fiber, and are a great source of healthy omega-3 fatty acids. This recipe is easy, healthy, and super delicious!

Ingredients

for 1 portion

Chia pudding:

  • 2 tbsp Boost Mix
  • 120 ml coconut milk
  • 1 large tablespoon (vanilla or Greek) yoghurt (approx. 40-50g)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

Toppings:

Preparation

  • Add the Boost Mix, milk, yoghurt and sweetener to a jar. Mix everything well. Stir again for the first 5 minutes to prevent lumps from forming
  • Place in the refrigerator for at least one night
  • In the morning, add the sliced ​​banana and finish with the pomegranate seeds and chocolate granola
