Chia Pudding with Chocolate Granola
Chia seeds are packed with protein, calcium, fiber, and are a great source of healthy omega-3 fatty acids. This recipe is easy, healthy, and super delicious!
Ingredients
for 1 portion
Chia pudding:
- 2 tbsp Boost Mix
- 120 ml coconut milk
- 1 large tablespoon (vanilla or Greek) yoghurt (approx. 40-50g)
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
Toppings:
- half banana
- 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- 1 bag of chocolate granola (30g)
Preparation
- Add the Boost Mix, milk, yoghurt and sweetener to a jar. Mix everything well. Stir again for the first 5 minutes to prevent lumps from forming
- Place in the refrigerator for at least one night
- In the morning, add the sliced banana and finish with the pomegranate seeds and chocolate granola
