- 2 eggs
- 125g plain yoghurt
- 50ml (olive) oil
Banana bread with oatmeal recipe
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a cake tin.
- Mash the bananas in a bowl.
- Mix the eggs, yoghurt and oil through the mashed bananas.
- Add thebaking mix and stir until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the cake tin and bake for 50-55 minutes.
