Banana bread with oatmeal recipe

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a cake tin.
  2. Mash the bananas in a bowl.
  3. Mix the eggs, yoghurt and oil through the mashed bananas.
  4. Add thebaking mix and stir until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the cake tin and bake for 50-55 minutes.
  6. Let the banana bread cool before cutting it.
