Banana oatmeal in a saucepan

Ingredients
for 1 portion
- 1 bag of Natural Oatmeal (40g)
- 180 ml (¾ cup) unsweetened almond milk
- 1 ripe banana
- pinch of sea salt
- (optional) a dash of cinnamon
Topping:
Preparation
- Add the oats, almond milk and sea salt to a small saucepan. Stir well and bring to a boil.
- Simmer gently for 2-3 minutes, or until desired consistency, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
- Set aside a few banana slices (for topping) and mash the rest with a fork. Mix it into the oats. You can also add a dash of cinnamon. If the consistency is too thick for your taste, add an extra splash of almond milk.
- Place the oats in a bowl and top with Nuts & Caramels. Add the banana slices and a teaspoon of your favorite nut butter.
- Serve warm or nice and cold the next morning
