Apple & Granola Yogurt Bowl
Sweet, tender cinnamon apples, creamy yogurt, and crunchy granola come together for a delicious balance of sweet, tangy, and crunchy.
A delicious autumn breakfast to warm you up!

Ingredients:
- 1 apple, cored, peeled and chopped
- 1 teaspoon butter or coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2-4 tablespoons water
- 150g (Greek) yoghurt (normal or plant-based)
- 1 bag Vegan Granola Date & Almond (40g)
Preparation:
Add the apple pieces, butter or coconut oil, cinnamon, maple syrup and vanilla to a saucepan. Cook over medium heat for about 8 minutes, stirring regularly and adding a little water if the apples get too dry.
Serve the roasted cinnamon apples over the yogurt and garnish with the crunchy granola.
