How do you make banana bread?

Banana bread is like a warm hug on a cold morning, a comforting gesture after a long day, and a treat that will always put a smile on your face. With the banana bread baking mix, you are guaranteed a delicious result, but that's not all;

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Line a cake tin with baking paper.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Preparation:

  1. Place the yoghurt, eggs, olive oil and bananas in a bowl and mix until smooth with a hand blender.
  2. Add the baking mix and stir well with a fork.
  3. Pour the dough into the cake tin.

Finish:

  1. Place the cake tin in the oven and bake for approx. 40-45 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the centre of the banana bread comes out clean. *Every oven is different, so keep an eye on your cake and test every 5-10 minutes for the first time from 35 minutes (for powerful ovens) to 50 minutes until you find the perfect timing for your cake.
  2. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the tin for about 10 minutes.
  3. Remove the cake from the cake tin and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
  4. Store the cake in the refrigerator for about 5 days or freeze it in individual portions.

With this simple recipe you can quickly and easily make a delicious chocolate banana bread, perfect for breakfast, a snack or even as a dessert.
