Baked Oatmeal Bars Apple Cinnamon 🍯🍏
Ingredients:
- 8 bags Oatmeal apple 40g (300g)
- 1 tbsp Boost Mix
- 1 ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- ½ cup unsweetened applesauce (115g)
- 2 large eggs
- 300ml milk of your choice
- 60ml melted butter or coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 grated or chopped apple
- ⅓ cup chopped walnuts
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a baking tin or line it with baking paper.
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and then add the wet ingredients. Stir well.
- Mix the apple and walnuts into the mixture.
- Pour the batter into the baking tin, sprinkle with some extra walnuts if desired and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Let cool for 10 minutes and cut into strips.
Serve with a spoonful of yogurt or extra maple syrup for a delicious twist! 😋
