Baked Oatmeal Bars Apple Cinnamon

Looking for a healthy and nutritious breakfast that will keep you energized and taste great? Try these baked oatmeal bars with apple and cinnamon!

Baked Oatmeal Bars Apple Cinnamon 🍯🍏

Ingredients:

  • 8 bags Oatmeal apple 40g (300g)
  • 1 tbsp Boost Mix
  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce (115g)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 300ml milk of your choice
  • 60ml melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 grated or chopped apple
  • ⅓ cup chopped walnuts

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a baking tin or line it with baking paper.
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and then add the wet ingredients. Stir well.
  3. Mix the apple and walnuts into the mixture.
  4. Pour the batter into the baking tin, sprinkle with some extra walnuts if desired and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  5. Let cool for 10 minutes and cut into strips.

Serve with a spoonful of yogurt or extra maple syrup for a delicious twist! 😋
