Raspberry chia pudding

- ⅓ cup (approx 40g) raspberries + extra handful for topping
- 2 tablespoons (vegetable) yoghurt + 1 tablespoon extra for the topping
- ½ cup plant-based milk

- 3 tablespoons Boost Mix
- 1 bag Sweet Honey Granola
- 1 bag Nuts & Fruits
Preparation
1. Blend ⅓ cup raspberries with 2 tablespoons yogurt and ½ cup plant-based milk. Optionally, add 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness.
2. Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the Boost Mix and mix well. Stir again after 5 minutes so that there are no lumps. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight until the chia pudding has thickened.
3. Scoop the pudding into a glass and top it off with granola, an extra tablespoon of yoghurt, raspberries and Nuts & Goji.
