Benefits of the Boost Mix :
Seeds are little powerhouses packed with nutrients your body needs.

Rich in Omega-3 Fatty Acids: Chia seeds contain high levels of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), a plant-based form of heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids. Flaxseed is one of the best plant sources of omega-3 fatty acids and contains lignans, antioxidants that can help with hormonal balance . Hemp seeds contain an ideal balance of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, which are essential for skin, brain and heart health.

High Fiber Content: The fiber in chia seeds supports healthy digestion and helps maintain a feeling of fullness , which can aid in weight management. Flaxseed contains both soluble and insoluble fiber, which contribute to healthy bowel function and regular bowel movements . The fiber, antioxidants and healthy fats in flaxseed contribute to lower cholesterol levels and better heart health.
-
Protein source: Chia seeds contain a significant amount of vegetable protein, which contributes to muscle recovery and growth . Hemp seeds contain all 9 essential amino acids, making them a complete protein source .
In short, a real powerhouse!
