Banana Bread with Nuts
Time for Banana Bread!
Nothing says comfort food like a delicious slice of banana bread. This recipe is not only easy to make, but also extra nutritious thanks to the addition of seeds and kernels. Let's get started!

Ingredients
- 1 banana bread baking mix (sugar free)
- 4 ripe bananas 🍌
- 3 tablespoons mild olive oil or neutral oil 🫒
- 2 eggs 🥚🥚
- 1 jar of natural yoghurt (125g) 🥄
- 2 bags Nuts & Fruits (50g) 🥜🍇
- Peanut butter 🥜
Tip: Make sure the bananas are really ripe - they should have brown spots or even be completely brown. This will ensure that the banana bread is naturally sweet, without the addition of sugar.
Preparation
- Preheat the oven and prepare a baking tin with baking paper or grease it lightly.
- In a large bowl, blend the bananas until smooth.
- Add the olive oil, eggs and yoghurt to the mashed bananas and mix well.
- Mix the banana bread baking mix into the banana mixture until well combined.
- Stir the Nuts & Fruits into the batter for an extra crunchy bite.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
- Bake the banana bread according to the instructions on the baking mix, or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the banana bread cool in the tin for a while before removing it from the tin and letting it cool further on a rack.
- Finish with a layer of peanut butter for a delicious finishing touch!
