Easy to make Banana Oatmeal Pancakes. Serve it with fresh fruit. They are healthy and made in minutes.

Finding a healthy, easy and nutritious breakfast is our mission. Every day I look forward to my breakfast. For me, it is the most important meal of the day. At night I crawl into my bed dreaming about what I will eat for breakfast the next morning ( a little crazy is ok). For my breakfast, I often alternate. These pancakes are at the top of the list 😉

Is oatmeal gluten-free?

In short, yes. The problem arises when the oats are processed in a facility that processes wheat or other gluten-containing grains. These can cause cross contamination. Our oatmeal is gluten-free per se, but because other grains are also processed in the production area, they are not certified gluten-free.

In addition to oatmeal, we are going to use eggs. Our Banana Oatmeal Pancakes are also high in protein this way (use free-range/organic eggs). Of course, the bananas we use are also good for your health. Packed with fiber, potassium and many other essential vitamins and minerals.

  • 1 ei
  • ½ rijpe banaan
  • 1 zakje oatmeal Natural

Preparation Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

  1. Plaats alle ingrediënten in een kom.
  2. Prak de banaan met een vork en meng met de rest van de ingrediënten tot alles goed gemengd is.
  3. Bak 3 pannenkoeken op een voorverwarmde pan met anti-aanbaklaag (als je geen pan met anti-aanbaklaag hebt, vet hem dan in met een klein beetje olie) op middelhoog vuur tot ze aan beide kanten bruin zijn, halverwege omdraaien.
  4. Serveer met pindakaas, plakjes banaan en ahornsiroop, of ander beleg naar keuze.
  5. Geniet!

Banana Oatmeal Pancakes are a healthy, easy and delicious breakfast. Ready in minutes. I eat them at least once a week. In addition to natural oatmeal, I often use our energy oatmeal. This one already contains banana and turmeric. This way, I get a double serving of banana. This is my personal favorite.
