Blueberry Breakfast

Blueberries with yogurt are packed with calcium, protein and vitamins. They are the perfect healthy breakfast or snack.
You can make this dish in less than 5 minutes.

Are blueberries healthy?

They are packed with antioxidants, are high in potassium and vitamin C, making them the first choice of doctors and nutritionists. Not only can they lower the risk of heart disease and cancer, but they are also anti-inflammatory.

In addition, they are delectable. 🙂 Always a good thing too.

Ingredients (1 – 2 servings)

What do we all need?

  • 50g (frozen) blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt
  • 100ml (vegetable) milk
  • Topping: 1 bag of Granopops

Preparation

  1. Place the blueberries, yogurt and milk in a breakfast bowl.
  2. Finish with Granopops

For the real tasters, we also have large bags of Granopops.

Conclusion

This is a delicious, easy to make breakfast/snack.
You can of course add other types of fruit, the choice is yours.
