What do we all need?
- 2 tablespoons (soy) yogurt
- 1-2 large tablespoons coconut yogurt
- optional: 1 scoop protein powder
- optional: pinch of cinnamon
- 25g frozen red fruit
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 bag of Granopops of choice
If you want, you can also add seed topping.

Preparation
How do we make our dish?
- Thaw the frozen red fruit in the microwave (0.5 to 1 minute at about 700W)
- Add in the maple syrup and set aside for a moment
- Mix the (soy) yogurt together with the coconut yogurt, cinnamon and protein powder, stir well so that no ‘lumps’ form
- Pour over the fruit coulis and finish with the bag of crunchy Granopops.
