Ingredients
- 1 bag Vanilla Collagen Oatmeal (40g)
- 50ml boiling water
- optional: 1 tablespoon extra protein powder of choice
- 1 large tablespoon of natural yoghurt
- Handful of fresh fruit, such as banana slices and blueberries
- 1 teaspoon peanut butter
Preparation:
- Add the Vanilla Collagen Oatmeal to a jar. Pour the warm water over the oats, enough to cover.
- Mix the protein powder and natural yoghurt through the oatmeal.
- Let it thicken for 10 minutes or soak overnight in the refrigerator.
- Garnish with fresh fruit and a drizzle of peanut butter.
