Vanilla Collagen Oatmeal Bowl

Wake up to a nutritious and delicious breakfast with this Vanilla Collagen Protein Oatmeal!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Vanilla Collagen Oatmeal (40g)
  • 50ml boiling water
  • optional: 1 tablespoon extra protein powder of choice
  • 1 large tablespoon of natural yoghurt
  • Handful of fresh fruit, such as banana slices and blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter

Preparation:

  1. Add the Vanilla Collagen Oatmeal to a jar. Pour the warm water over the oats, enough to cover.
  2. Mix the protein powder and natural yoghurt through the oatmeal.
  3. Let it thicken for 10 minutes or soak overnight in the refrigerator.
  4. Garnish with fresh fruit and a drizzle of peanut butter.
