Muesli Overnight with sweet potato

The natural sweetness and creamy texture of sweet potato make this breakfast not only delicious, but also super nutritious. And the best part? It only takes a few minutes to make! ⏳
Ingredients
- 1 large sweet potato , boiled or steamed until tender
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup milk of your choice 🥛
- 1 tbsp maple syrup 🍁
- 4 bags of muesli
- Pinch of cinnamon 🌿
- Optional: 2 tbsp chocolate drops 🍫
Preparation
1️⃣ Boil or steam the sweet potato until soft. Let it cool down a bit and peel it.
2️⃣ Mix the sweet potato with the yoghurt, milk and maple syrup until smooth.
3️⃣ Divide the mixture between four jars .
4️⃣ Add a bag of muesli to each jar and stir well .
5️⃣ Place the jars in the refrigerator overnight . 💤
6️⃣ Finish in the morning with a pinch of cinnamon and possibly some chocolate drops .
