Greek Yogurt Bowl with Raspberries
Make your own fruit yoghurt with raspberries, a delicious and quick summer breakfast recipe!
Ingredients
for 1 portion
- 1 bag Sweet Honey Granola (30g)
- ¾ cup (180 ml) Greek yogurt (or a plant-based alternative)
- 120g fresh raspberries
- 2-3 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation

Start by mashing half of the fresh raspberries with a fork and mix in the yoghurt and honey/maple syrup. This gives the yoghurt a lovely fruity flavour and a lovely pink colour.

Place your homemade raspberry yogurt in a serving bowl or jar. Top with a bag of Sweet Honey Granola for a delicious crunchy texture. Add the remaining fresh raspberries and enjoy this delicious and nutritious treat!
