Baked Oatmeal Cupcakes

Are you in the mood for a delicious and nutritious breakfast that is ready in no time? Then these baked oatmeal cupcakes are just the thing for you! They are super easy to make, contain only pure ingredients and taste delicious.

Ingredients

For 1 baked oatmeal you use:
🥣 1 bag of oatmeal (40g)
🍌 ½ ripe banana
🥚 1 egg
🧁 ¼ tsp baking powder
🍁 1 tbsp maple syrup
🍫 1 tbsp (white) chocolate drops or 1 handful of blueberries

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients (except the chocolate or blueberries) in a small blender or blend with a hand blender until smooth.
  2. Grease a ramekin dish or use baking paper. Pour the batter into it.
  3. Sprinkle the chocolate drops or blueberries on top
  4. Bake the cupcake in the oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Let it cool down and enjoy! 😋

💡 Tip: Double the quantities if you want to make multiple breakfasts at once.
