Baked Vanilla Collagen Oatmeal – Your Ultimate Breakfast Boost!

Ingredients

🍌 2 ripe bananas
🥣 2 cups Vanilla Collagen Oatmeal
💥 2 tablespoons boost mix
🥛 2 cups (vegetable) milk
🥄 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
🫐 200g blueberries

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease an oven dish.

  2. Mash the bananas in a bowl and mix with the Vanilla Collagen oatmeal, boost mix, milk and Greek yogurt.

  3. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and divide the blueberries over it.

  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown and firm.

  5. Let cool slightly and enjoy – warm from the oven or cold as a quick on-the-go snack! 😍
