Ingredients

🍌 2 ripe bananas
🥣 2 cups Vanilla Collagen Oatmeal
💥 2 tablespoons boost mix
🥛 2 cups (vegetable) milk
🥄 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
🫐 200g blueberries

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease an oven dish.

  2. Mash the bananas in a bowl and mix with the Vanilla-Collagen oatmeal, boost mix, milk and Greek yoghurt.

  3. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and divide the blueberries over it.

  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown and firm.

  5. Let it cool briefly and enjoy – warm from the oven or cold as a quick on-the-go snack! 😍
