Ingredients
🍌 2 ripe bananas
🥣 2 cups Vanilla Collagen Oatmeal
💥 2 tablespoons boost mix
🥛 2 cups (vegetable) milk
🥄 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
🫐 200g blueberries
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease an oven dish.

Mash the bananas in a bowl and mix with the Vanilla Collagen oatmeal, boost mix, milk and Greek yogurt.

Pour the mixture into the baking dish and divide the blueberries over it.

Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown and firm.
