High Protein Yogurt Bowl with Chocolate Granopops
Looking for a quick, healthy and delicious breakfast that will keep you energized all morning? This high-protein yogurt bowl with Chocolate Granopops is just what you need!
Ingredients
- 125-150g full-fat or plant-based yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon chocolate protein powder (or other flavor of your choice)
- 1 bag of chocolate Granopops (15g)
- Handful of walnuts
- A large handful of blueberries (frozen) or other seasonal fruit of your choice, for the topping
Preparation
- Mix the yoghurt with the protein powder until smooth.
- Garnish with the Chocolate Granopops and fruit.
- Enjoy your healthy breakfast right away!
Tip : Don't have protein powder at home or don't want to use it? Mix 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder with 2 teaspoons of liquid sweetener, such as honey or maple syrup, for a chocolate flavor. Add a tablespoon of Boost Mix or extra yogurt for more protein.
