Crumble with red fruit

This recipe is simple, nutritious and packed with flavor!

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 1 bag of Natural Oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • ½ cup frozen red fruit
  • (optional) For serving: 1 tablespoon (vegetable) yoghurt

Preparation method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the oats, honey or maple syrup, and peanut butter until all ingredients are well combined into a crumbly consistency.
  3. Add the frozen red fruit to a single ovenproof dish. Cover with the oat crumble and press down a little with the back of a spoon.
  4. Bake the crumble for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
  5. Optionally, you can add a spoonful of yoghurt before serving the dish.
