Banana Split for breakfast
Banana Split for breakfast? Yes please! This delicious recipe can also be a dessert. Easy, nutritious and quick to prepare.
Ingredients
for 1 portion
- 1 banana
- 2 heaped tablespoons of Greek yogurt or Skyr
- 2 bags of Granopops Chocolate
- 60g raspberries (handful)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- optional: dash of honey or maple syrup
Preparation:
- Peel the banana and cut it in half lengthwise.
- Place the banana halves on a plate and spoon the yogurt over them.
- Sprinkle the Granopops over the yoghurt and add the raspberries and peanut butter.
- Sprinkle the whole thing with a little honey or maple syrup.
- Enjoy your delicious breakfast!
